Q. Are you a marketing agency?

A: Not precisely. We’re a team that uses its talent and experience to help small and medium-sized organizations in a variety of ways. Some of those are in marketing and communications, but several of them are not.

We offer a range of integrated marketing services because we believe that’s what companies need today. Our services encapsulate almost everything- from website building to the ultimate form of digital marketing.

Q. What’s your hourly rate?

A: We don’t have an hourly rate as that may put a question mark over our integrity (you see, many organisations charge on an hourly basis and then deliberately work at a snail’s pace to inflate their profits). We believe in charging a contractual sum for the entire project. That way, we can work at our pace and leisure and the clients do not have to bear additional cost. However, if any client wishes to work on hourly basis only (for some reason) we are open to discussions.

Q. What Marketing Packages Do You Offer?

A: Pre-built packages are difficult to implement without getting to know your business (its scale, size and the nature of product or service you offer). A pre-built marketing package would mean we’re copying and pasting a recipe we’ve used a gazillion times before, and using that to deliver marketing services for you too.

Your business deserves better!

On the other hand, a successful marketing approach lies within the creation of an unique brand and marketing position. We don’t believe that comes from using some ‘formula’. But yes, we can build one for you immediately after assessing your requirements. And worry not, our advice would be genuine. We would, after all, like you to call us ‘friends’ and not ‘service providers’.

Q. How do you do what you do?

We are transparent

Just as with any successful partnership, we’re nothing less than 100% honest and upfront with you at all times. We let you know what we’re doing, why and how we’re doing it – and what it’s all costing you.

We are bold

We believe in aiming high, and standing out from the crowd. We aim for the remarkable, and won’t settle for the routine.

There’s a great quote from advertising master David Ogilvy that we love:

“Don’t bunt. Aim out of the ball park. Aim for the company of immortals.”

We are fun

We love what we do, and it shows. We have a great time doing it – “all work and no play”, and all that. If you’re looking for a straight-laced, gray-suited bunch of humourless clones, then move along.

In our book there’s no such thing as the ‘right way.” We believe in continually learning, experimenting, and exploring new ways to solve client problems.

We are flexible

Goals, expectations, environments, ideals, targets, missions – and budgets – can change. We can change with them.

We’re not into writing and presenting long, complicated and elaborate plans jam-packed with nonsensical gibberish. Today’s commercial environment changes so fast that they’d be out-of-date by the time you received them anyway.

We work with you to find out what the single most valuable contribution could be to your organization, and then we do it. Once we’ve done it, and we’re all happy with it, then we look at the next thing.

Sketches, doodles, collages. Maybe the occasional scribble on the back of a napkin. With us, you’re as much a team member as anyone else. You’re not a passive audience, there for us to present some super-polished final deliverable.
